LG Infinia -- Borderless TV

LG Electronics, a major player in the global flat panel display and AV (audio-visual devices) markets had set free its 3D TVs and borderless TVs to let consumers feel “a whole new viewing experience”.

LG Infinia Borderless HDTV is the 1st TV to completely eliminate the seam between the screen and the surrounding bezel. It only has a 1-thick panel and virtually “no borders” on four sides — which makes it “LITERALLY BORDERLESS”. ;))





The Senior Vice President (SVP) of LG Electronics (USA), Peter Reiner, said that:

“We’re removing barriers to entertainment with very slim LED, LCD TV’s that couple wireless connectivity with the most access to online content”

… referring of course to the “Skype integration” that’s built-in to the company’s “NetCast” range.

He added:

“Consumers will no longer have to compromise on picture quality in order to enjoy an ultra-slim design. Together this new FULL LED slim technology and our wireless connectivity options, allow consumers to live borderless with the ultimate in content access and convenient installation.”
