Simple Things in Mind

March 17 is one of the most special events in my father’s life and mine, as well. Because this is the day my “BELOVED MOTHER” was born. And if not with her, I’ll never be born … There’ll be no lady as charming and beautiful as “ME” … LOLz :))

Since, my mother’s birthday fall on today (Wednesday) — which means that both me and my father have work. So, we decided to just celebrate it in advance.

Max's Restaurant

Last Sunday (14th of March), me, my parents and my boyfriend went to Market-Market, Taguig and had a “kinda” late lunch at Max’s Restaurant. I called it “kinda late” because it was already past 1 in the afternoon when we had our lunch there. Reason was because we were all waiting for Pacquiao vs. Clottey fight in GMA. But since, mama is already hungry, so we decided to just wait for it’s replay and just go to Market-Market, instead — to have a pre-birthday celebration for mama. We don’t have much remembrance (pictures) there because we forgot to charge our digicam and my boyfriend wasn’t able to bring his digicam. Luckily, my Samsung e590 cell phone’s cam resolution is quite GOOD. :) It isn’t a high-end phone but in fairness, it really takes a good quality picture but it just doesn’t have a flash, though. It was like design as a digicam :)

We don’t order much — just a Family Size whole chicken, sizzling tofu, chopsuey (but we weren’t able to take a photo of it, naubos kasi agad!), Max's dessert plate, ripe mango shake and a bottomless iced tea. Not much food and yet we were sooooo full to the "Max" :))

I was so happy that time, because it was actually our 1st time to eat out together with my boyfriend with us and we also went to grocery with him. So, the feeling was like “were really a family — I mean, Mama & Papa plus me & my akachan!” It’s like me and my akachan (bf) are TRUE MARRIED COUPLES…yiiie! Hope there’s more to come :)
